When it comes to memory, it is often mismanaged. Everyone focuses on memory storage, but never on memory recall. The argument being that with time, as we store more things in our memory, the easier it’ll become to recall. But what should instead be focused on is the ability to recall information to circumvent [[Active Inhibition]] in the right moments.
